Canals & Domingo
In 1957 in Canals & Domingo started the craftsmanship of the first bottles of natural sparkling wines (CAVA), by the method now called méthode champenoise traditional method.
In 1980 we built our current cavas, amid vineyards and is where our two families now continue with the same enthusiasm from the beginning, combining tradition with modern industrial agriculture.
From then until today, Canals & Domingo maintain a constancy and dedicated to the development of cavas genuine, with maximum expression and personality.
With the fruit of our strains and long rest in the silence of our winery we achieved excellent cavas.
