Heretat Mestres is a family owned company established in 1932. Our first bottle of cava was made in1928. In1945 we made our first Brut Nature Cava (without any added sugar after disgorging). We have an extensive tradition in the production of high range Cavas with their own style. A style that has gained recognition locally and internationally.
We are pioneers in fermenting and aging Cavas in barrels and we have the privileged of having a very close relationship with the high quality World of gastronomy.
