Sadurní Comas Codorníu
Sadurni Comas Codorniu have been producing quality Cava with the family since 1947. Tradition and love during production using the “méthode traditionnelle” have taken prominence over any other factor in this old standing Sant Sadurni family.
During the production the best wines from the Penedés region are selected and a combination is made from Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada varieties.
The ageing fo Cava takes place in the depths of the tunnels and passages of the cellar in Sant Sadurni d’Anoia.
